ReplyDeleteOh wow! No more Facebook? Just what's app now? Im still diligently working on nervous system safety thru speech and expression. I'm still making breakthroughs my friend. Of course still trying to teach safety under stress with my speech. I think about you guys often.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to hear that you are still making progress, B! These days I use the following simple mantra: "I am safe. Speaking is safe. I am OK with any mindbody symptoms." This keeps the concepts top of mind for me.
